Department of Biological Sciences, Aarhus University

For many years, I have had close collaboration with Prof. Volker Loeschcke and Dr. Cino Pertoldi. This collaboration covers virtually all aspects of population genetics and evolutionary biology and also involves joint supervision of students.

The Galathea 3 eel project

I have a number of Danish and international collaborators - too many to mention all - within the project Spawning biology, recruitment and genetic population structure of European eel (Anguilla anguilla) in the Sargasso Sea. Check out this web site

I have close collaboration with my former colleagues in the Section for Population Genetics: Drs. Dorte Bekkevold, Einar Eg Nielsen, Thomas Damm Als, Jakob Hemmer-Hansen, Karen-Lise D. Mensberg, Dorte Meldrup and Noortje de Jong. Furthermore, I collaborate with Dr. Kim Aarestrup, particularly concerning eel biology and brown trout population genetics and ecology.
